About Ros Geuss, PhD
The need for meaning and purpose is one of the deepest drivers of well-being there is.
Regardless of age or background, people I work with want to feel connected. They seek meaningful activities and ways to discover their life purpose. Helping individuals better understand themselves, their value, and promising directions for their life brings meaning to mine. I love my life work and want to give everyone with whom I partner an opportunity to love theirs as well.
My unique background and experiences, knowledge of career development, and decades honing my creative coaching skills; my compassion, optimism, and a genuine shared excitement for the success of others led me to focus my life work on supporting youths and adults seeking fulfilling ‘next-moves’.
As a Career Development Facilitator and College Counselor, it is a privilege to coach, support, and inspire:
teens as they discover directions for their future after high school;
recent college graduates uncertain about how to secure their first job;
mid-career changers seeking greater fulfilment, purpose, and satisfaction in the workplace;
Or retirees pursing meaningful activities to not only supplement income but provide greater meaning and structure to their days; to help others or give back to their community.
If you seek to satisfy the drive to find meaningful life work or discover educational paths that will maximize your potential and fulfil early or changing career goals, please give me a call. We will design a career development or career management program that aligns with your background, experience, needs, and aspirations.
